The current repository contains supplementary material for the manuscript

published in the Journal Continuum Mechanics and Thermodynamics. The scripts have been written in Mathematica. The original code can be found here and here. The published version may downloaded from Springer.

In the meantime, the source code was chosen to be archived in the Mathematica Notebook Archive. Therefore please also see this Link for the supplementary material.
